I am following Michelle since 10 years now.

I sometimes give more attention to workout exercises just because I think that yoga is not quite effective to loose weight. Wrong.

Not only you become the best version of yourself but also my neck is no more aching like one week ago.

All your muscles are engaged and work together with the intention that you choose.
