In my book you will LEARN “new” concepts from Japanese philosophy, like Kintsugi, Wabi Sabi and Ikigai.
The search of meaning is at core of my approach to mental health and PTSD (so called combat stress).
We are living times of emptyness and no-sense on collective scale. It’s a mass dark night of the soul. I like when philosophy meets psychology (and mythology) with mystic research. I found commonalities in what Jung has studied for 15 years, the spiritual alchemy, which deals with diving deeper in consciousness (meditation) and self-transformation. And yes, Jung liked to draw mandalas after dreaming of it (before he ever knew what a mandala was alike or visiting China). It helped him to keep centered and focused.
Await for your review.
