Flow and Core Strenghtening Power Yoga Workout.

Yoga flow is for everybody, but especially for middle aged women, sure !!!! I am down 🙂 Nevertheless, it is an ancient practice that helps you balancing emotionally and release pressure. What can I ask more in this end of the year with all lockdown renforcing the restrictions around here (London, Paris, Italy) ….I am holding on and improving (stretching) my resilience …and had a long call with mum that made my day yesterday.

I hope you too are taking action to better your patience and perseverance to your goals to make them becoming reality in 2021.
