Oh, wow, this reminds me so much of that time from 2015 attacks in France. Hypervigilance, how to escape an assault, how to use a pen (steel pen) to self defense etc.. Anyway, I respect these Navy Seals who are retiring and are back from Iraq and Afghan to share skills with civilians.
This is smashing. Thank you and I appreciate it. I felt quite advanced hearing his skills, I used to come out from work late in evening and go to work in the weekend very early in the morning … all kind of people out there in those twilight time hours you bet.
I never found my self in danger, except once when I asked a guy not to smoke in a train wagon, at 7 am on a sunday morning. I quite provoked him. I learnt the lesson. Or I always reached for help of security. Sometimes it was helpful, sometimes it was not. I took some martial arts course too.
Self defense nowadays is very essential for anybody.
