a matter of self-responsability.
The word responsibility literally means “response-ability,” that is, possessing the ability to respond. So self–responsibility means to not only have the ability to respond, decide and choose, but further to participate in an engaged, most practical possible fashion in taking responsibility for your entire life.
The period of awakening is quite recent, and corresponds to my reconstruction, with a transformation of my personality, that is less nervous, more down to earth, assertive, strong, balanced. In any case, I would not present myself as a victim. Surely, I have undergone (perhaps drawn?) certain circumstances that have determined a radical change, in my professional career, and in my social life. An emotional tsunami that shaved everything I encountered on my way and pushed me to start from scratch. However, I would not be so bold typing into my computer if I had not been supervised by the right people, in the right place, at the right time. If I had not agreed to get naked, like during a medical examination, when you undress, before a stranger. You get on the scale and you cannot hide anywhere because those are your numbers. And it is clear that, first, you love eating, second, you had let go and neglect to take care of yourself like you were supposed to.
