My very personal message about one of most controversial topics in Mental Health. This is not science, but what I’ve learnt as life lesson.

ps. the voice recorded seems like it’s coming from the Moon, just because my smartphone couldn’t transfer the audio mp3 to the computer, so I used audacity to record once more; last but not least, it took me 4 hours yesterday in the evening, to find a free way to convert mp3s to Youtube files.
