The Awareness Games: Guilt.
Just sharing a few notes that I took about the topic of “GUILT”.
Psychology for Beginners.
This slide shows you how we are used to react to life challenges in same pattern, due to imprinting parenting. As you can see, the drawing shows closed spirals like negative thinking spirals, when we can’t do any better. And the fact to ‘flood your guilt’ means to trasnform those negative spirals in open waves flooding away.
How?
- by taking the responsability of your choices
- taking actions to amend to your sense of guilt
Ask the good questions:
- Why did you choose to move to another Country?
- why did you choose to volunteer for that mission?
- why did you choose to marry or to divorce? have or not have children…
The Blame Game.
In everyday life we have a tendency to blame others or our parents for our behaviours. It’s not us, it’s our father who was so and so, and we can’t look at our selves until someone tell us: “Hey, what do you want to do?”
Then just know that there is a fee to pay for, there is always a fee. Also, or especially, for your dreams to come true. Getting healthy asks for a fee, like starting to say NO or STOP IT, even to your Self.
Remember this, you are your worse enemy.
Perhaps it was your aunt, or your mother. Or your brother. Okay, then, is that still so important who influenced you that negatively that much? isn’t it this the right time to move forward? do you want keep on reacting like a 4 year old boy or girl?
My father was someone who has kept hiding behind the blame game all life. It was a good excuse to keep things like they had always been. Immobility. He had a huge fear for change, and so he never moved from that house, his lost hair waves was his obsession until the day that a throat cancer has forced him to loose all the poor hair he had left (due to chemo).
It was funny, for me, to teach him the best gum gel I had been advised from a co-worker whose hair was as short as mine; the gum gel was smoothie and fresh smelly. He loved it. He is still using it and happy about it.
Nevertheless, I hold the deep convintion that Ozone Hole was the effect of his hair spray from the Eighties.
FROM NOW ON.
